Coke pushing Machine
Coke pushing car is designed for pushing coke out of coke ovens. The machine carries out main operations: coke oven door extraction, pushing coke out of coke oven, leveling of coal-charge. The machine is equipped with a mechanism that fulfills main operations: burning graphite on coke oven roof, cleaning and service of doors/frames, raising/lowering/cleaning of leveler hatch, receipt/storage/discharge of coal spilled when leveling and spillage cleaning.
The machine shall travel on the track along the coke oven battery front at coke side. Coke pusher (fig. 1.1.1, 1.1.2) is made as a mobile three-floor steel work with mechanisms, cabins and assemblies for process operations, mounted on it.
Coke pusher can be designed as a single spot coke oven service machine. The machine shall be operated from cabin and equipped with illumination, sound/light alarm, special interlocks and control systems. Power supply of the machine shall be realized by means of trolleys from current-conductors.Electrical equipment reliability and positioning accuracy shall be provided by means of modern engineering solutions and component parts from world-wide known manufactures. Electrical equipment of the machine can work with ACS of coke-oven battery.
Coke pushing cars are applied to push coke cakes out of the carbonization chamber. Before or after pushing, the small port will be accordingly opened and closed. Moving back and forth on the side trial of the coke pusher gradually finishes all works according to the order of coke pushing.The function of the coke pushing car are side port opening and closing, coke pushing, coal leveling, etc. Its main structure includes steel framework, traveling mechanism, side port opening device, coke pushing device, plumbago cleaning device, coal leveling device, pnenumatic system, lubrication system and driving cab.
Large coke pushing car should have the following functions:
1. Quick and precise side port opening, coke pushing, and coke leveling.2. Automatic cleaning of the oven port opening, coke pushing, and coke leveling,3. Automatic collecting and handling of the tail coke.4. Indication and record of the current the coke pushing machine.5. PLC system.
